WEST PALM BEACH, FL - April 8, 2002 - Reichel Realty is pleased to announce the lease of 1,800 sf of warehouse/showroom space at 1253 Old Okeechobee Commerce Center, West Palm Beach, Florida. The space was leased to Mecox Garden, Inc., of West Palm Beach, Florida. Mecox Garden plans to use the space as a decorator furniture warehouse. The lease has a (3) three-year term and is valued at $51,070.
