Reichel Realty successfully completes Sale of Refrigeration/Freezer Warehouse in Mangonia Park, Florida.

WEST PALM BEACH, FL - June 7, 2002 - Reichel Realty is pleased to the sale of The Liberty Meat Packing Building, located at 1133 53rd Court North in Mangonia Park. The building was sold to Boys Four LLC for $380,000. The building is 9,000sf of which 7,000sf is refrigeration/freezer space.
