Reichel Realty successfully completes Sale of Office/Warehouse in Riviera Beach, Florida.

WEST PALM BEACH, FL - June 7, 2002 - Reichel Realty is pleased to announce the sale of an office/warehouse located at 990 West 15th Street in Riviera Beach, Florida. The office/warehouse was sold to Ocean Drive Associates, LLC of Palm Beach, Florida who plans on using the facility as a manufacturing and distribution center. Ocean Associates, LLC purchased the property for $460,000.
