WEST PALM BEACH, FL - June 14, 2002 - Reichel Realty is pleased to announce the sale of a 6,500sf+/- Warehouse building located at 1472 Martin Luther King Boulevard in Riviera Beach, Florida. The Buyer, John Yodice, will relocate his business, Fence Crafters, to the new location. The purchase price was $300,000 or $46 per square foot.
