completes Sale of 5.5 Acre & 7.9 Acre Parcels in Lake Worth,
Florida.
WEST PALM BEACH, FL - June 14, 2002 - Reichel Realty is pleased to the sale of two parcels of land totaling approximately 13.5 Acres to Slabbage Group, Inc. The parcels of vacant land are located at the southwest quadrant of Hypoluxo Road and Military Trail. The combined purchase price was $2,200,000.

The Buyer plans on developing a retail shopping center on the property, which will be anchored by Albertsons. Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc., has been retained by the developer to handle the leasing of the new project.
