Fred Faulkner III

Mr. Faulkner brings to Reichel Realty and Investments, Inc. over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Fred has resided in Palm Beach County since 1977, and is a graduate of St. Andrew’s College, North Carolina, with a B.A. degree in Business Administration.

From 1981 through 1987, Mr. Faulkner was employed by a subsidiary of The Satter Companies, National Property Management, Inc., a large commercial real estate owner/developer. As Vice President, Fred specialized in office/retail leasing and office condo sales. Additional responsibilities included tenant’s in-house design/build coordination.

In 1988, Mr. Faulkner joined M.J. Anderson, Inc., and established the Telecommunications Division specializing in wireless communication site acquisition, design, and construction, primarily in South Florida. In 1995, Fred became President of MJA Communications Corp. and expanded the company throughout the Southeast. He was responsible for acquiring, designing and building over 900 “cell” sites and telephone switching centers for national clients such AT&T and Sprint. In 1998, his company was acquired by WesTower, a public corporation, and Fred was retained as Regional Vice President.

Most recently, associated with Pioneer Site Group, Inc., Mr. Faulkner provided site acquisition and leasing services.

Mr. Faulkner has been with Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. since 2002.

Mr. Faulkner has resided in West Palm Beach since 1976 and married to wife Lori with a son Ian.
