WEST PALM BEACH, FL – April 14, 2005 – Bill Reichel, President of the firm handled the sale of the following properties:

The sale of a 13,700 ± commercial building located at 7200 N. Military Trail just south of Blue Heron Boulevard in Riviera Beach , Florida . House of Worship LLC purchased the project from Kavin's Import for $1,250,000. Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. was the sole broker involved in this transaction. Reichel Realty has been retained to handle the leasing, management and rehab of the project.

The sale of a 13,500 ± commercial building located at 2535 N. Military Trail just north of Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach, Florida. House of Worship LLC purchased the project from Elmer & Jerry White for $937,500. Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. was the sole broker involved in this transaction. Reichel Realty has been retained to handle the leasing, management and rehab of the project.

The sale of J Journey's Inn Motel, a 111 room motel located on US 1 just south of Northlake Blvd in Lake Park, Florida. Commercial Investments, LLC, purchased the project from Journey's Inn Lake Park for $2,450,000. Reichel Realty & Investments exclusively represented the Buyer in this transaction. Reichel Realty has been retained to handle the leasing, management and rehab of the project.

The sale of Vista Bowling Center located at 2101 Vista Parkway in West Palm Beach. The Seller, St. Anthony's Building Partnership, sold the project for $3,150,000. Reichel Realty & Investments exclusively represent the Buyer, Vista Pro Center, LLC. Reichel Realty has been retained to handle the lease up of the to be renovated office project for the Buyers.

Pete Filomena, Director of Investment Sales for Reichel Realty handled the sale of the Miami Subs #24 Restaurant located at 5875 NW 36th Street, Miami, Florida. The 3,000 ± building went for $725,000 to Sergio Delgado. Mr. Filomena represented the Seller, Kavala Inc.

Mr. Filomena also handled the sale of the Miami Subs #2 Restaurant located at 99600 Overseas highway in Key Largo, Florida. The 2,500 ± restaurant building went for $1,030,000 to TLC of Florida Keys Corporation. Mr. Filomena represented the Seller, The Estate of Konstantinos Boulis, Inc.

Fred Faulkner, associate with the firm handled the exclusive listing and sale of 1/3 ± Acres Commercial Land located at 21 S. Military Trail, just south of Southern Blvd. in West Palm Beach . The Seller, Gay Durrance, sold the land for $325,000 to JA & AF Enterprises Inc. Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. was the sole broker for this transaction.
