WEST PALM BEACH, FL – June 2004 – Reichel Realty is pleased to announce the sale of 5.36+ acre commercial site at the NE corner of Alt. A1A and PGA Blvd. In Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The buyer, Menin Acquisition I, LLC, paid $5,930,000.
