Reichel Realty & Investments is pleased to announce the following Transactions:

•    Sale of Summit Commons – a 50,000 sf retail commercial shopping center located on Military Trail in West Palm Beach, Florida. Summit Commons LLC sold the project for $6,650,000. Reichel Realty exclusively represented the Seller and handled the complete renovation and lease up of the project prior to the sale. Bill Reichel, President handled the transaction.

•      Lease of 143,500 sf in the Boca Corporate Center. Reichel Realty exclusively represented the Tenant, Jari Research, Schmitt & Rossi and TLFO. Bill Reichel, President of Reichel Realty handled the transaction.

•      Sold 3 restaurant properties one of which was Taverna Opa in Hollywood, Florida for $7 million. Reichel Realty exclusively represented the Seller, The Estate of Gus Boulis. Peter Filomena, Managing Director of Reichel Realty handled the sale.

•      Sold a 6,200sf office building located at 120 Intracoastal Way in Jupiter, Florida for $1,500,000. Reichel Realty exclusively represented the Seller.  Jim Tornabene, Sr. Broker Associate handled the sale.

•      Leased 3,600 sf to Classic Market at 1253 Old Okeechobee warehouse project. Reichel Realty exclusively represented the landlord.  Bill Reichel, President of Reichel Realty handled the lease.

•      Renewed a 45,000 sf Winn Dixie at Oakbrook Square located in Ocala, Florida. Dan Casey, Vice President of Reichel Realty handled the lease.

•      Renewed Red Swan at Oakbrook Square located in Ocala, Florida in a 10,600 sf store front. Dan Casey, Vice President of Reichel Realty handled the lease.

•      Renewed Crazy Buffet in their 10,000 sf Restaurant located at Concourse Plaza in West Palm Beach, Florida. Bill Reichel, President of Reichel Realty handled the lease.
