Bill Reichel, President of Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. handled the sale of a 16,000 sf freestanding office/warehouse building at 400 Toney Penna Drive, Jupiter, Florida. Reichel Realty exclusively represented the Seller, Dickenson Mgt who received $1,975,000 for the sale.

Jim Tornabene, Associate of Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. handled the sale of a .46 acre parcel of land on Military Trail and Lantana Road. Reichel Realty exclusively represented the Seller, Condos Investments who received $315,000 for the sale.

Fred Faulkner, Sr. Associate of Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. handled the sale of a 1.5 acre parcel on Coconut to Riverside Bank of Palm Beach County. Reichel Realty exclusively represented the buyer, Riverside Bank of Palm Beach County. The Seller was William Krammer who received $1,200,000 for the sale.
