Reichel Realty successfully completes Sale of 1.9 Acres in Lake Worth, Florida

WEST PALM BEACH, FL - June 6, 2003 - Reichel Realty is pleased to announce the sale of 1.9 Acres at the southeast corner of Lantana Road and Lyons Road within the Shoppes of Sherbrooke MUPD, a new Albertson's anchored retail center located in Lake Worth, Florida. Lyons Partners LLC purchased the project for $1.6 million. The project will be developed for a freestanding Eckerd Drug Store with Drive-thru.
