Douglas L. DeSantis, Broker/Associate successfully assisted Fairway Investments, Inc., with the transaction. Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc., will be taking over the management and leasing of the Shopping Center on behalf of Fairways Investments, Inc., who also owns the Jupiter Farms Publix-anchored Shopping Center.
