Fred Faulkner III, Sr. Associate with the firm handled following sales transactions: 

Sale of 921 Fern Street, a five unit residential project in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida.  Reichel Realty exclusively represented the Seller David Marsh.  The buyer, Fern Realty paid $400,000 for the property.  

Sale of 2036 N. Dixie Highway, a 11,000sf mixed commercial/residential project located on 70^th Street and Dixie Highway in Northwood neck of West Palm Beach.  Reichel Realty exclusively represented the seller David and Kim Marsh.
