Erica Lucas
Financial Controller

Erica Lucas, came to Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. in August 2005 after a lengthy and successful background in financial management for the past 19 years. Erica handles all of Reichel Realty's accounting and bookkeeping as well as office administration, website administration and website marketing.

Erica Lucas has been a resident of South Florida since 2003 and currently resides in Lake Worth, with her husband Steven and their three children.  Erica teaches horse back riding to special needs children at her equestrian facility on the weekends.  

Mary E. Beardsley
Executive Assistant

Ms. Beardsley has been with Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. since 2003.  Mary brings with her over 18 years administrative and legal assistant experience.  Her duties include administrative support for the President/Owner as well as administrative and secretarial support for the company’s Associates.  She is a valuable asset to our company. 

Originally from New York City, Mary has been a Florida resident for 16 years. Ms. Beardsley resides in Palm Beach Gardens with her daughters, Jordan and Cameron. 

Stacey C. Bereda
Marketing Assistant

Ms. Bereda has been with Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. since 2005.  Stacey brings with her over 18 years executive and administrative experience. Prior to joining Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc., Ms. Bereda worked for prestigious Companies such as the Breakers Hotel, Tambone Real Estate Development and The Rendina Companies. Her duties include Receptionist for the company, administrative support for the President and brokers. 

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Stacey has been a Florida resident for 36 years. She is a High School graduate from Cardinal Newman High School and attended Belmont Abbey College in North Carolina. She resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Kristine Brown
Property Management Administrator

Kristine Brown joined Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. in 2008. Kristine brings with her over 12 years administrative and property management experience. Her experience includes managing and leasing multi- family communities, office and warehouse buildings, and retail shopping centers.  Her duties include administrative support for the Management Division of Reichel Realty & Investment, Inc.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Kristine has been a Florida resident for 30 years. Ms. Brown resides in West Palm Beach with her daughter, Linsey and her son, Zackary.

Mary Morgan
Property Management Assistant

Mrs. Morgan originally joined Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. at its inception in 1987. She was with the firm in the capacity of administrative assistant for 12 years.  She left for 6 years to raise her children, and returned to Reichel Realty to assist the Property Management Division on a part time basis.

Mary resides in West Palm Beach with her husband, Randall, and her daughters, Rachel and Sarah.
