Travis Crallé is Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc’s. newest Associate. Travis is a native of Palm Beach County and has resided in this area for nearly 35 years.

Prior to joining Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc., Travis worked for a family owned company in Virginia, Green Front Furniture – one of America’s top 100 furniture retailers. Travis was involved in various international business strategies including: overseas investments, international development amd foreign trade. In 2006, Travis traveled to Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and India to negotiate with suppliers and oversee company business abroad.

From 1999 to 2003 Travis was the Director of Dispositions for United Systems Integrators, a national full service real estate advisory company. With “USI”, Travis handled a nationwide disposition portfolio for Fortune 500 clients such as United Technologies, First Union Bank, and Computer Sciences Corporation. In 2003, Travis successfully completed the 150 acre, 570,000sf disposition of Pratt & Whitney’s suburban West Palm Beach research complex.

Prior to working with USI, Travis was an associate with RJS Realty in Boca Raton, Florida. There Mr. Cralle was involved in performing discounted cash flow analysis, creating property memoranda and assisting senior broker’s in investment transactions.

Before joining RJS Realty in 1997, Travis worked as a research analyst for MIG Realty Advisors in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this capacity, Travis assisted this institutional buyer of multifamily properties nationwide. Travis was responsible for recognizing national trends of multifamily properties and maintaining database of institutional multifamily properties throughout the nation.

Travis is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (“CCIM”) designation. Travis has also recently provided financial analysis consultation for the City of Riviera Beach’s 400 acre CRA project along the US1 & Intracoastal Waterway corridor.

Travis resides in Boynton Beach and is an active member of The Covenant House Charity and Hope Springs - a charitable organization which provides health care for indigent people.
