The following Lease transactions were completed at Nassau Square, a Publix and Dollar Tree anchored shopping center in Lake Worth, Florida which is located just east of the Florida Turnpike on Lake Worth Road.

The Brass Monkey Sports Bar & Grill renewed their 4,100 sf restaurant lease for 5 years valued at $250,000.

Publix renewed their 40,000 sf lease at Nassau Square for 10 years valued at over $1,000,000.

McDonalds Corp. signed a ground lease at Nassau Square for 20 years valued at over $2,000,000.

Metro Lumber and Hardware leased 45,000 sf valued over $1,000,000 for 5 years.

The project is slated for a total renovation later this year which will be managed by Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc.

LTD America leased 1,200 sf for 1 year valued at $18,000.

JEM Insurance leased 1,200 sf for 1 year valued at $20,000.

R&A Catering leased 1,200 sf for 5 years valued at $140,000.

Treatment Center leased 1,800 sf for 5 years valued at $150,000.

Mayed Care leased 1,350 sf for 5 years valued at $110,000.

T.C. Lounge leased 2,700 sf for 5 years valued at $170,000.

The Weiss Group leased 18,500 sf office building located at 4400 Northcorp Parkway in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida for 7 years. The lease is valued at $2,500,000. Bill Reichel, President handled the transaction. Reichel Realty exclusively represented the Tenant.

Scott Harris Law Firm leased 5,700 sf at 4400 PGA Blvd. in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The 5 year,  5,700 sf lease is valued at $775,000. Kerry Jackson, V.P. Sr. Broker handled the lease. Reichel Realty exclusively represented the Tenant.

Braman Motor Cars renewed their lease for 4,500 sf at 3160 Shawnee Avenue in West Palm Beach, Florida for 2 years valued at $150,000.  Bill Reichel, President handled the lease and exclusively represented the Landlord.
