877 Kings LLC purchased a 7,500 sf office warehouse condo at 877 Kings Highway, Unit A106 in Ft. Pierce, Florida for $123,000. Reichel Realty exclusively represented the Seller, Grand Bank of Florida. Bill Reichel, President handled the sale.

 

Stateside Partners purchased a 1/3 acre commercial parcel located at 124 N. Dixie Highway in Lake Worth, Florida for $335,000. Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. exclusively represented the Seller, Jeff Liggio. Bill Reichel, President handled the sale. The site is next to a CVS drug store and across the street from a new Publix Grocery store  in Lake Worth. Reichel Realty has been retained by new Buyer to assist in the lease and development of the site.

 

1701 Riviera LLC has purchased a 5,000 sf industrial building on 3± acres at 1701 W. 10th Street in Riviera Beach, Florida for $925,000. Reichel Realty exclusively represented the Seller, First City Bank.  Kerry Jackson and Bill Reichel, President handled the sale.

 

West Coast Waters LLC purchased a vacant industrial site at 3520 Boutwell Road in Lake Worth, Florida. The 1.5 acre site sold for $248,000. Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. exclusively represented the Seller, Anchor Commercial Bank.

 

Reichel Realty & Investments exclusively represented Anchor Commercial Bank in the sale of a commercial office condo at 4425 Military Trail in Jupiter, Florida, Unit 200. 4425 Military Trail LLC paid $495,000 for the 2,400 sf condo.

 

EP Equity Holding paid $3,925,000 for a 30,000 sf office warehouse facility on 7.5 acres at 6001 Park of Commerce Blvd. in Boca Raton, Florida. Reichel Realty exclusively represented the Seller, 1st United Bank. Bill Reichel, President and Kerry Jackson, Vice President, Sr. Broker Associate handled the sale. Reichel Realty has been retained by the new owner to manage, renovate and lease the project.
