PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – As Palm Beach County commercial/industrial space dwindles and leasing rates edge higher, Reichel Realty & Investments reports four sales totaling $7.6 million along Riviera Beach’s bustling Blue Heron Boulevard commercial corridor. In Riviera Beach’s Haverhill Business Park near Florida’s Turnpike, Reichel has also just listed a 100% leased 47,555 square foot Class “A” office warehouse building and adjacent land for $4.95 million.
“Hit hard by the Recession, the Riviera Beach commercial market is coming back strong, with competitive price for well-located properties – combination that’s increasingly tough to find in Palm Beach County,” said Bill Reichel, President.
