PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – As Palm Beach County commercial/industrial space dwindles and leasing rates edge higher, Reichel Realty & Investments reports four sales totaling $7.6 million along Riviera Beach’s bustling Blue Heron Boulevard commercial corridor. In Riviera Beach’s Haverhill Business Park near Florida’s Turnpike, Reichel has also just listed a 100% leased 47,555 square foot Class “A” office warehouse building and adjacent land for $4.95 million.

“Hit hard by the Recession, the Riviera Beach commercial market is coming back strong, with competitive price for well-located properties – combination that’s increasingly tough to find in Palm Beach County,” said Bill Reichel, President. As Riviera Beach makes major redevelopment strides, he said, buyers are taking action to lock in costs for land and existing facilities with easy access to the neighboring West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens markets. “The City’s efficient, business-friendly approach makes a significant difference in facilitating deals,” Reichel added.
