To turn around a troubled Public-anchored shopping center for an estate owner, Reichel Realty  analyzed the site, carved out an additional out parcel, negotiated a McDonald’s land lease, and created a renovation plan for the center. The firm then secured Publix’s long-term renewal and filled an anchor space, vacant for eight years, with the first US location of a 60-unit hardware chain out of Puerto Rico.
