Steve joined the firm in 2018 and specializes in the sales and leasing of office, industrial, and retail properties in Palm Beach County, FL. He has been a leading broker in Palm Beach County for approximately 30 years having represented both owners and tenants in over 3 million square feet of property transactions representing in excess of $1 billion in value.
Steve’s primary focus is on landlord and tenant representation. By utilizing his extensive market knowledge, marketing and lease negotiation skills and extensive construction knowledge, Steve has built strong business relationships with some of South Florida’s largest landlords and investors. These include TA Realty, Apollo Real Estate, JP Morgan, ING Clarion, Crocker, Stiles, C3 Capital Partners, The Lionstone Group, MetLife, BRPH, Wilmington Trust, Battelle, McKesson and T. Rowe Price.
