EML Realty Partners

As EML Realty Partners shifted its investment focus to Southeast Florida, Reichel Realty identified properties with significant upside return potential. Reichel negotiated EML’s acquisition of 30,000 sf Westroads for $3.075 million and developed a repositioning program for the aging industrial center with modest improvements, strategic re-tenanting and a move to triple net leases. The result: sale of the property just two years later for $5.2 million.
