Bill has deep expertise and a proven track record in virtually every facet of Florida commercial real estate —  leasing, management, brokerage, receivership and workout of commercial properties throughout the state. He also has extensive experience in construction, development management services and real estate tax appeal work.

Since its inception in 1987, Reichel Realty  has facilitated thousands of commercial transactions totaling over $2 billion of gross business volume. Prior to forming the firm, Bill served the Federal Savings & Loan Insurance Corporation as receiver for Sunrise Savings & Loan, involved in the sale and management of an $800+ million commercial property portfolio. Previously, as Director of commercial properties for Dan Kron & Associates, he was responsibile for leasing, management and financing for a portfolio of 10 major Florida shopping centers.

A recognized industry expert witness, Bill has been retained as a consultant for numerous lending institutions, as well as the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., the Federal Savings & Loan Insurance Corp. and the Resolution Trust Corporation. He has served as Receiver for various commercial shopping centers, office buildings, hotels/motels, mini-storage facilities and industrial properties. Additionally, the firm has been exclusive broker for several Trustees in State and Federal Bankruptcy cases and assisted in commercial property auctions throughout Florida.

A committed community member, Bill has taken an active role in business and charitable organizations including The Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, several area Chambers of Commerce, International Council of Shopping Center Developers, National Assoc. of Corporate Real Estate Professionals, and Leadership Palm Beach County. He served as a long-time board member for Goodwill Industries and as an advisory board member  of CARP. He was formerly an instructor in leadership, communications and human relations principles and holds a black belt in Kempo Karate.

Bill and his wife Linda reside in Palm Beach Gardens and have two children. Son Grant is a vital part of the management group at Reichel Realty. Daughter Morgan, a graduate of Indiana University, resides in Palm Beach Gardens with her husband Reed Goldwasser, owner of Sol Waterscapes, and their son Bodhi.
